View RFQs & Quotes Sent
All requests for quotes (RFQs) are sent to a company's Sales contact via email. RFQs are also available in the Advertising Zone navigation bar link, RFQ Received. RFQs are automatically saved until you delete them from our system. You can sort by date, or type of customer requesting the quote (End User, Member, etc.). To send a Quote, simply view your RFQs received and check the Quote box next to one or multiple requests. Please note that only the Sales contact associated with the line item or For Sale posting can quote a request. It is important to respond to all RFQs received either by PowerSource Online's quote system, email or a phone call.
My Selling Profi le: Trading Regions & Excluded Buyers
Does your company sell & ship only in the United States? Only in Europe? Update your Trading Regions to ensure that your Inventory is only searched by users within your preferred locations. If you do not want to do business with a specifi c company, please exclude them from seeing your Inventory or For Sale postings by adding them to your Excluded Buyers list within My Selling Profi le. You can also exclude specifi c buyers' Want to Buy postings that match your criteria within this section. View a snapshot of your Company's Sales Activity for the past 90 days. The Company Activity section includes how many RFQs were received, For Sales were posted, the average line items uploaded and the number of total Inventory Matches. This is not limited to the Sales contact's activity, rather it is a refl ection of activity company-wide.

Your Company Profi le is seen by thousands of PowerSource Online users and is an advertisement of your business on a daily basis. It is important that you keep your Company Profi le information accurate and up-to-date. View your Company Profi le as others see it online in the Advertising Zone Dashboard.
